This place looks so nice and luxurious from the outside but the rooms are horrible. They look run down and dirty. The pools are also not so clean especially the family pool area where it seems to be the most fun, but the pool was so dirty. The restaurants are amazing, the lobby and everything outside are so nice but deceiving because the rooms are disappointing

The resort was AMAZING! Such lovely friendly warm people working there. In particular Pita and Stefano at the front to assist and welcome. Staff at adults pool bar were lovely. Adults pool was beautiful and quiet and a great side to stay. Renovations will look great and did not impact our stay with noise etc, all being done well. Only complaint is the reservations supervisor on 20 May when my partner and I tried to check out. The process took over an hour and he would have to be one of the most arrogant, rude and disrespectful people I’ve come across. I had 2 reservations in my name, one for myself and partner for 10 nights, one for a friend and her partner for 7 nights. At checkout he acknowledged the 2 bookings but said my friends checked out 3 nights early and we overstayed by 3 nights. We explained numerous times our friends that checked out after 7 nights as per one booking and we were checking out after 10 nights as per the second booking. He insisted his claim of the early check out and over stay. Something which was so obvious to anybody he would not listen to. It took over an hour before he finally acknowledged what had occurred yet at no time offered an apology for the manner in which he treated us. Such a huge disappointment to what was otherwise a fantastic holiday

The Fijian people make this resort. Resort is old and tired. Rooms on the bottom smell of sewage and are in need of an update. There is a smell in the air conditioning as well. Poolside rooms are noisy. Do the all inclusive as the food is really good.

Disgraceful reservation supervisor

Absolutely enjoyed my trip and my stay at the Warwick. Beautiful resort and location. Rooms were a little tired but accurately reflected in photos when booking so not complaining. In the process of being renovated so no doubt will look great. Adult only pool was lovely and quiet to relax and enjoy the break. Staff were beautiful, friendly and helpful with the exception of the reservations supervisor on 20 May. Our check out experience has left a very bad memory on what was a great holiday. I had 2 rooms booked in my name, one for 10 nights for my partner and I and one for my friends for 7 nights. We clarified this at check in and paid our bills accordingly. It came to our attention half way thru we had been put in the wrong rooms which we thought we fixed with reception. When checking out on the 20th we were told we overstayed 3 nights and had additional charges. The supervisor acknowledged the 2 bookings but insisted the other couple checked out early and had a credit on their account and we overstayed and had to pay extra. He blamed external booking for making the incorrect bookings. It took over an hour for him to see what we were explaining about the 2 bookings and the mistake was the Warwick and not Expedia. At no time were my friends informed of this apparent credit. It was lucky we had time before our transfer to the airport to sort it but it was still extremely frustrating. Even when the mistake was realised and corrected no apology was offered for the inconvenience.

The staff at the Warwick Fiji are second to none!! Extra friendly & helpful with huge smiles at all times. We stayed in a renovated room, it was lovely, roomy & clean, & air conditioned too.The food was great, especially at the Steakhouse & Wicked Walu. Beautiful location for swimming in the lagoon, lots of trips to take part in or relax of you prefer. We went in scholl holidays so the adults only pool was a haven from out of control children but did notice the activities staff putting on heaps of things to keep the kids entertained. The hotel also held a moving ANZAC ceremony attended by the local police. Would absolutely stay again!!! Bula!!
