This charming, colourful villa is set on a hillside with beautiful views out over the Kvarner Gulf. It sleeps 6 people and makes an ideal base for friends or family who want to enjoy Croatia’s beautiful beaches and discover some of its fascinating history.

The main entrance to the villa is on the first floor. Each room is brightly painted in a different colour. The main living area is a cosy red and has a corner sofa, a flat-screen TV and large French windows leading out onto the private balcony with panoramic views. Back indoors, the dining room is through an arch off the living area. It is furnished with a dining table and chairs. The open-plan kitchen leads off the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee machine.

The shared garden includes a shaded loggia, a BBQ and an outdoor dining area.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a stunning sea view, with a double bed, flat-screen TV and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed, a flat-screen TV and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: The third airy bedroom also has a single bed, flat-screen TV and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

Bathroom
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, bidet, washing machine and WC.

Location
On the hillside, at the end of a quiet road, this apartment enjoys a sunny position and fantastic views. It is just a few hundred meters from the coast in an area that is known for its beautiful beaches and clear waters. Kostrena Beach is 6 minutes away and Zurkovo Beach is just 6 minutes. If you can tear yourself away from the sea, there is a lot of history to explore.

The charming port of Bakar is just 15 minutes away and makes a wonderful day trip or evening out. Or there is the town of Kraljevica (18 minutes) which has not one, but two, castles as well as the Adriatic’s oldest shipbuilding yard.

The city of Rijeka (5 mins) also makes a fascinating day out. Croatia’s main port has plenty of interesting places to visit. For self-catering the market (Monday to Saturday mornings) is worth a trip. Here you can find local produce to prepare and enjoy back at home.

Rijeka International Airport is just 20 minutes away, over the Krk bridge.
