not as per photo, Rm 100 with dusty, look old , soap in the half cut plastic bottle!, no tooth brush, no breakfast, no kettle ,tv remote malfunction, aircond not cool, water not hot âŠ. it should be half price.
The service of the staff was fantastic and they were very friendly and helpful. However, shower caps, slippers, toothbrush and paste were not provided. No fridge. A mirror and a dustbin are found in the bathroom and not found in the bedroom. No lift. There are 3 levels - ground, first floor and second floor. The hotel offers free transport to the airport.
Airport transfer was not provided, instead I was told to use Grab to the hotel, and airport transport for late night and early morning costs so expensive that it's not worth staying this hotel. Wifi also not usable, which betrays the ad on Hotel.com. Hotel's facilities are outdated overall, not at all comfortable. I used to like this hotel and have been a loyal customer for more than 6 years, but since the hotel management changed a few years ago, their service started deteriorate. I don't think I no longer stick to this hotel. The hotel has lost one loyal customer.
Its what you would expect from a budget hotel however it has a lot of rooms for improvements especially the toilet. The hotel was close to the beach and the airport.

I booked a twin sharing bedroom but upon arrival, all the rooms are full and had to do with a family room. 1 double,4 single...there are 2 airconditioners..but only 1 functioning. The place is not child friendly..a toddler could easliy fell down the stairs.
I also booked for an early breakfast and was informed tht it will be serve at 7 30am..we went to the waiting room at 8.25..and was told tht breakfast was not ready as they are waiting for the bakery to open for business..which happens to be just across the streer.
