Overall, it is a very good and decent 4-star hotel to stay. Excellent location with all the conveniences. The only setback is that the hotel does not provide drinking water, except getting the paid bottles from vending machine.

Front desk staff was rude when we checked in. He did not greet me. All he said was passport, please and then answer a phone call. My wife asked for a power converter and was corrected. It’s an adapter they were available for sale, but weren’t provided the hotel room itself lacked air conditioner, are shampoo and body wash were provided

Location of hotel is in the heart of city. There are many options of transportation available especially from and to the airport. There are many eateries in walking distance. This is my second stay in 3 months. This will be my top choice whenever I visit Hong Kong.
