The floor is sticky still has stain on it Water turns cold at 11pm while I'm taking a shower Homeless drug addict was in lobby near the elevator Staff has an attitude when I check in because I speak Mandarin and they changed their attitude when they see my Canadian passport. Hongkong is racist

First time i stayed there. A little run down property, what bothered me most was the fact bedlinen were not clean. Beyond only changed every 2 days while it seemed popular as an hourly hotel for romantic getaways.

This hotel's location, just one block from the Kwun Tung Promenade, is ideal for guests who enjoy morning jogs or exercise. However, its location in a factory district means it's a considerable distance from shopping malls and supermarkets, and the area offers little in the way of evening entertainment.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained but the surrounding area contains a lot of garage shops and primarily in an industrial area. It takes about 10 minutes walk to the nearest MTR station.
