Great experience at the Mondrian. Very friendly and helpful staff, great bar and restaurant, lovely vibe in the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, quiet for a good nights sleep. The location was perfect for downtown Kowloon, and easy to walk to shops, tourist attractions and shopping. Would recommend highly.

Linda gave my boyfriend a cake in the room for his birthday. We were completely surprised. The hotel is impeccable. Services are great and I enjoyed the view from the 40th floor, the gym and helpful information from the staff. Hotel is very conveniently located next to East Tsim Sha Tsu station

New renovation. Love the power curtain and new interior design. The bathroom was great. It's designed that the steam from the shower will not fog up the mirror. The staff meet you at the front and lead you to the registration and help you with the luggage. The staff are super helpful to show you the subway, the laundromat etc. The foyer is small.

Well designed. Perfectly located in a busy and not so busy area. The bed felt a bit hard. The hotel only offers tap water that can be filtered by a machine. They can probably offered filtered bottled water (glass). I do appreciate the eco-friendliness.

Aritistic and modern hotel. City view was great esp at night. Loved the bed quality. Customer service was superb. Close to metro and many reataurants nearby. Only thing I didnt like - amount of deposit when checking in. Even though it will be refunded if there is no issue during the stay..still it was bothering to me. Overall, really enjoyed staying here. Highly recommended.
