Brilliant hotel in perfect place for sightseeing

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The apartment we had was immaculately clean, had all we needed and the staff above and beyond to we had everything we could want. There is a small supermarket, a bakery and an off licence across the street which were very handy. Galleria Krakowska and the train station were just a couple of minutes walk away. A 5 minute bimble to the Barbican and another 5 to the market square. I will definitely return to Cracow Central 10/10

Poor Wi-Fi access

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of our room and friendliness of the reception staff, but we unfortunately encountered significant issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity. For approximately 14 hours of our stay, we were only able to access the internet outside our room in the hallway. Hotel staff was not able to help.

Easy 5-10 minute walk from train stn.

Location is just minutes walk from the train station and shopping mall. Lots of food options within easy walking distance. Beds are not that comfortable but fine for a night or two.

Rooms are clean with good facilities. Breakfast was nice and local to old town. Transport links were good with bus and tram service across the street. Plenty of local shops close by and staff very helpful. Will also store luggage for you after check out. Booked tours prior to arrival and pick for all were in the next street so great for location.

Wonderful place to stay

The room was absolutely perfect a good size and the bed was very comfortable. It was close to the old town and the park which was a huge plus. The house keeper was amazing even did the dishes that I was going to do myself...i would definitely stay there again.

Great location and great hotel

Great location that is convenient to the train station. Great area for shopping with the nearby mall at the station. Area was nice and quiet too. Could not ask for anything more in a hotel, it was great!

The rooms were small but the hotel was really close to the mall and train station. The breakfast wasn’t a buffet so we were dissapointed. The first night we had to open the windows since there wasn’t any AC and it was just very loud outside, we heard people at 2/3 am

They called it a 3-star place, more a 1-2 star place, small rooms, Aparthotel makes me think of a small kitchenette, but rooms way too small, no elevators, hauling up the luggage upstairs, totally unacceptable. Yes, location is perfect close to station, so close to airport too
