Stayed here 9-13th Jan. the hotel was spotless and room was always tidied. The hotel is in close proximity to the old town by an easy 6 min walk and the day trips I did picked up about 25m up the road so made this easy. I’d stay here again!

The hotel is marketed as a 5-star property, but the room felt dated, with worn and stained carpeting and older in-room amenities. Checkout was uncomfortable. Despite a 12 PM checkout, housekeeping knocked at 10 AM to ask when we would be leaving, and later attempted to enter the room without knocking while we were still inside. This was reported at checkout; it was acknowledged, but no follow-up was offered. Overall, the stay did not meet expected service or comfort standards for this category.

Lovely friendly welcome even at 1am from lady on reception. Room was large and spotless. Good WiFi, Great position close to main square. Only downside was our room overlooked Main Street and it could be noisy at night but didn’t stop a good nights sleep in a spotless bed.x

The hotel is convenient to walk to main Square, literally a 5 minutę straight walk! Superb! Hotel is highly recommended, i will always stay there when in Kraków. Staff are superb, extremely helpful As if they can’t do enough! Rooms always clean to an extremely high standard! A large variety of choice for breakfast and food menu for any time of the day with room service at an extra chargé. With regard to trips, the hotel do organise trips or can give advice on transport.

Horse and cary is a must when in Kraków
When in Kraków, Donuts are a must to try and sample, they are superb , so soft to bite and many fillings are available. Knows as „Paczki”

Great stay, great staff. We lost our phone on one of the guided tours (not booked through hotel, our mistake) and they were extremely helpful with calling the operator ans helping us get the phone back. Nice and clean room. Good breakfast - they make eggs on order, but window doesnt open when breakfast starts. Opened around 07:00 during our stay. We will stay here again next Krakow visit!
