The property is clean and well-maintained, although it’s older and showing its age. The internet was down for a good portion of my stay and difficult to get a quick connection when it was running. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and polite.

Overall the hotel was very good quiet location, bus stop a few minutes walk, food was good. Staff were lovely and helpful, shower in room 102 was broken the shower rose had no holder so you couldn't stand under it. Bed sheet too small for bed. Otherwise a comfortable stay.

Nice hotel but a bit out of the way.

This was a nice place to stay with helpful, friendly staff, and a comfortable room albeit a bit worn. You really need to have a car here though as it is a little bit out of the way in a residential area.

Fab hotel for the price we paid

Other than the beds being very hard it wa Fab an we would go again. My son loved the pool and sauna, shame the Jacuzzi was broke though. Really clean quiet location.

No elevator but lots of stairs, no A/C;

Arrived at the hotel, was given my room key and told that it was up one flight of stairs. No elevator so I had to drag my luggage. Hot evening only to find no A/C. Openned the window to discover that the "smokers corner" was under my window. At 2:00 a.m. had enough of the smokers partying and yelled "quiet" out the window. No one available to give the key at 7:00am when I checked out. No shuttle to the airport (which is why I selected this hotel).

I was there just few hours, arrived late so i didnt use much of the facilities. All in all i liked a lot this places. Loved the furniture in the room. My room was spacey and clean. Super nice and quick to respond reception. I had contact via phone, not directly over the desk. Very helpful and patient. The only thing i could complain abut was that the air conditioning wasnt working so well. My room was cold and i didnt manage to fix the temperature. Since i arrive late at night i didnt have the opportunity to talk to the receptionist to get some help so maybe it was me who couldndt deal with it. Other than that very nice place. Would love to come back.

Simple, but cozy

Nice staff. Pool and shuttle to the airport costs extra. Hard, old madrass in the bed, but nice and tidy room. No restaurants nearby, but the staff helped order takeaway.

Platsen är helt isolerad och långt från någon restaurang eller café, det måste finnas en bil och det finns ingen restaurang på hotellet om du vill äta eller frukost och pool för varje 7 timmar.

Accueil désagréable

Problème avec la piscine et le sauna qui sont indiqués sur le site comme un service et qui semblent inclus. À l’accueil, il disait avoir fait le nécessaire pour faire changer cela et m’a demandé de m’adresser à expédia directement si je n’ étais pas contente. Finalement, j’ ai payer pour 2 heures 7 euros. Dommage car l’endroit est à 10 minutes de l’aéroport et même s’il n’y a pas vraiment de navette, vous avez la possibilité de demander un taxi pour 8 euros. Le centre de Kraków est à 20 minutes avec une ligne directe.
