Super noicy. Staff at check-in desk don't seem to bother to be quite at night. Couldn't sleep even with earplugs as every 15 minutes someone passes the desk and they exchange a loud conversation with stuff. Im talking about night time.

Great hotel warm and clean

Would have liked more details on transfers no one seemed to know when and where pickup was. Wasn't on my email either.

Fantastic break in beautiful Krakow

Lovely hotel, about a 15 minute walk to the main square. Staff were great and had perfect english. Great spread for the breakfast, yum yum!! Only downside was hotel had no elevator and our room was on the third floor which was quite a hike for my mother who is in her sixties, apart from that it was great.

Very good choice

This hotel has an excellent location, about half way between the Jewish quarter and the main square - both easily walkable. Hotel was clean and warm. Bed and pillows a little lacking but only a slight niggle. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would reccomend.

Exceptional visit

First impressions from the outside uhh. But inside beautiful hotel. Well appointed with modernised rooms and fresh decor alongside antique floors and staircases. Wonderfully helpfully staff on hand 24hrs a day. Hotel situated a 10 minute amble from the famous square Jewish Quarter and other famous places. Only downside was the pathetic mattress that I bottomed out onto a hard surface. Krakow A +++

Lovely friendly hotel

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and happy to help with restaurant recommendations, places to visit, taxis and tours. The room was very spacious. Very close to all the attraction in Kraków and easy to direct yourself around. Only issue is no lift.

perfect getaway

Just home from a wonderful 3 days in Krakow. Lovely city, very clean people very friendly. Hotel was great value for money, staff excellent, rooms excellent. Only downside is no bar on site. Apart from that perfect.

Old hotel full of charm

The street on which hotel is located looks a bit run down but it's ok. The staff were very polite and helpful. There is no lift so carrying heavy luggage can be a problem, however staff are willing to assist with that. The room I had was small but modern and clean, I know other rooms are bigger so you can ask for one.WIFI was good. We walked to the Old Town and shopping mall. There are bakeries nearby so you can get some breakfast there if you don't want to have it at the hotel, as we did. There is also a nice vegetarian restaurant nearby and a good exchange point.Overall,I recommend this hotel for the location and charm.
