We had a wonderful time in Krakow and Metropole hotel. The staff were brilliant, so helpful in terms of advice and help with luggage. The hotel is convenient for the Jewish area, the old town and transport links (Train and trams) Breakfast was good and we enjoyed cocktails during happy hour. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean and the rooms were quiet.

Fantastic hotel in great location. Rooms are lovely and breakfast is also very good. We ate in Fab Fusion which was also a very good restaurant. Lovely touches such as wine for birthday and Easter chocolates. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged transfers and trips. Organised lunch boxes to replace breakfast when on trips. The restaurant next door was convenient. It is within 15 mins walk of most tourist areas. The rooms were clean, tidy and serviced everyday. Little bit of noise ftom other guests, but what hotel doesnt. Overall very pleased we chose this hotel.

Excellent Hotel

Just back from Krakow, what an amazing hotel. Very clean, spacious rooms, lovely breakfast with a great selection. Staff extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel with others, perfect location 10 min to main square and same again to Jewish quarter.

Fabulous hotel!

This turned out to be a fabulous hotel, in a great location. The hotel itself was immaculate, very comfy with lots of nice little touches such as the complimentary bottle of wine, free water and free use of the gym. Placed ideally for visiting the Jewish quarter (5 mins away) and the Old Town (15 mins walk away). Train line next to the hotel also provides easy access to the Salt Mines, which we used. Staff extremely friendly and helpful too. Would 100% stay here again if in Krakow. Thank you.

Fantastic stay!

Four night stay in this beautiful hotel with my friend. Ideal location. We were upgraded on arrival and received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Wonderful breakfast. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Superb hotel with articulate and very friendly staff. Tip top clean with ultimate luxurious room's. All your needs catered for. Ideally situated for all amenities and la ndmarks. Would definitely recommend it. Can recommend the Polish Martini from The Fusion Bar.

Great Hotel.

Great stay again at this lovely hotel. This is our fourth time staying here. Location is great, there is a good happy hour in the bar. The staff are very friendly and efficient.

We stayed for a full week in mid-March. Great property. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spotless room. Heated bathroom floors. Our room had a nice bathtub/shower combo. We used their laundry service a couple of times. We had large, opening windows that overlooked their courtyard. Pros worth special mention: Spotless Wonderful housekeeping Very helpful staff Perfect location within walking distance of major attractions Cons worth mentioning: My wife and I both thought the bed was too firm. This is just a personal preference. Others may appreciate the firmness. Both pillows were too soft, in our opinion. Again, just personal preference. Bonus: There is a grocery store directly across the street. Most of the signage is in Polish but most people we talked to spoke English. The camera mode on Google Translate will be your friend.

Apart from Hotels.com messing up the booking , and consequently owing me money , all was well . The hotel is a friendly well run hotel . It’s exceptionally clean , the room was great , with everything you’d want from a hotel . The breakfast was great , plenty to choose from , and fresh ! Fab Fusion was a happy hour highlight !! Great helpful team . Excellently located too !

Located between Krakow Old Town and Jewish Quarter, this was perfect walking distance to everywhere. Suite was massive, Spotlessly clean with mini fridge in the room too. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends It was perfect. Breakfast each morning from 7am was also magnificent and set us all up for the day ahead. FIVE STARS *****
