Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, fitness room, infrared sauna, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 13 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 6.4 km, pebble beach 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
