They had the right idea in creating beautiful architecture but the practical way it is run was a mess. Was dirty, no service, no basic things like hand soap. Lots of broken and old things, insects and damages, no maintenance. I moved as soon as I could to a basic hotel that actually works.
Bathroom was not cleaned and thereâs are ants in the bedroom and kitchen. I had to clean bathroom and wipe down the kitchen surfaces and that got rid of the ants. Would not stay there again.
The attention were given more to the exterior than the interior. The place was huge and beautifully built. Just that there were bugs in the sofa. Also the shower in the bathroom was not functioning well. And the water on the bathroom floor was not flowing down to the drain. Probably should give more importance to this as we are charged for cleaning fee which I dont think it serves any purpose. One good thing they had was Netflix. Overall, it was a good stay.
This is not a hotel. It is an apartment building. It took us 45 minutes to find the "reception" after multiple attempts to call the number and with help from Hotel.com staff. Eventually were able to check in and they made us pay a cash deposit (which i have never done in 35 years of international travel). The entry to the building, elevator and floor were very un-welcoming and my family felt unsafe (for example, there was a list of 100 or so tenants who had not paid their building fees was stuck on the side of the elevator). The room had a very bad smell and was very hot. We tried the air conditioners and even on the coldest setting they did not produce cold air. It was not a suite or room, is really an apartment, very tried and worn with minimal furnishings. My family felt very uncomfortable and decided we could not stay in the room. The reception was already closed so we had to no choice execept to go to another hotel. We tried to get a refund (with the help of Hotel.com) and the hotel refused. To top things off I lost the receipt and could not get back my cash deposit. We have stayed in 100's of hotels all over the world and have never had such a bad experience.
Not worth at all, noisy aircond, bad decoration. even the toilet bowel cover seat size also not fitting, for me the best is the security guide who look after the swimming pool, will never come back.
