The owner asked to text to collect the check in info but don't reply until the next day. The room is barely clean and all furniture are old and dusty. The sofa and carpet were so dirty. The bathroom is molded. It required rm100 deposit to be paid and took 2 days to refund. Worst of all, 2 of my credit cards details being hacked I believe is the WiFi.
Good experience..but the tv cannot watching any channel just only can listen to the radio from the tv..i think should upgrade the channel..n if can put a microwave is more better...the staff very helpful when i ask something...overall is good..will repeated stay here..
Didn't bother checking in at this place due to past experience 3 weeks ago and booked at a nearby hotel instead.
Horrible experience and would not recommend it to anyone.
Everything was great. Maybe they just need to improve the deposit system. They impose penalty for late check out and got three tier deduction but for the refund got no system. Need to wait almost 24 hours to get refund back. But everything else was fine. The staff also respond well to get my deposit back. Maybe i will come back here for another stay. Hope next time they will upgrade the tv box and shower.
GOOD:
- Have wifi (but late & had to call the staff for one day to fix the wifi on the next day).
- Clean place.
- Got free water bottles every 2 days (I stayed for 5 days)
BAD:
- Tv got no picture at all.
- Room service enter the room without giving any prior notice.
- Limited amount of plates/cups
- Had to pay additional RM50 because use debit card. Instead pf paying RM705 according to the app, had to pay RM752.
- Had to pay RM100 for deposit (glad they return it on our checkout)
