We had a great experience at the EQ Hotel. The room was comfortable and overall well maintained and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was a great experience and they have a diverse buffet. It’s also well located from an access standpoint but is on a major road that sees heavy traffic so waiting for a taxi can sometimes be an extended time. Overall great experience and I would recommend this hotel.

A lovely hotel in a great location for the tourist places to visit when in KL. Staff very helpful. Pool seating area fairly small but this was never an issue. Poolside menu limited but food was tasty. It's a shame we couldn't order a coffee whilst sat by the pool. Great gym and lovely sauna/steam room area. Wonderful views from Sky51 bar.

Eq Hotel sets the standard for luxury accommodation. From the minute we arrived to our departure we were treated like royalty. Every request was accommodated. Mini bar and snacks were a lovely surprise. Breakfast buffet was out of this world. Special thank you to the bell boy at breakfast entry. He is so fun and happy He made me a coffee to take on my outing which was much appreciated. Only suggestion would be a seating area at the main entrance as I sat on the water feature by accident thinking it was a seat. For which I do apologise. Thank you for having us.
