This property does not exists. I don't know why Expedia is still listing this property. When you get to the location, supposed "agents" of other properties will advise you that Imbi suites have not existed for the last 2 years. They will offer you the properties they managed at an absurd prices hoping that you will have no choice but to take their offer, especially if it's late at night.

Very confusing on check process

Facing real hard time during checking in process Rooms have multiple defects Cleanliness is far from acceptable Whole family unable to sleep well during first night of stay due to constant power failure from 12am to 6am Changed to a slightly better room but shower heater not working this room Both rooms are unable to lock from within Very bad stay experiences

Everything is OK but when I reached there nobody know about room owner . The phone no not working .I waited 15 minutes the other are helping me to get owner no .It's the problem .And room everything OK so make sure phone no before travel

In berjaya times square

Location is good, as our plan was to bring our kids to the theme park. Close to shopping malls. Accessible to public transport. Although room may not be comparable to the hotel itself; but for the price paid and location, it is acceptable

Don't go

Check-in and out both took 1 hour. Nobody knows who IS responsible for keys, rooms,quests or 200RM deposit. Rooms had previous customers rubbish on tables. Nice view. Really good shower. Fast free wifi. Near monoreil.

ここはホテルではありません！　チェックインカウンターは有りません

こちらはホテルでは無い為、カウンターは有りません。エレベーターホールより記載の電話番号に連絡しショッピングモール内の事務所でキーを受け取り部屋へと行きます。パスポートのコピーやデポジット等の処理もありません！連絡してから１０分後位に女性が迎えに来てくれます。 対応はとても良かったです。　注）エレベーターホールで困っていたら声をかけられ連絡してあげるといわれました。その後ここはディスカウントしてくれないから、お金くれればディスカウントする様お願いしてあげる！とのこと。もちろんノーサンキューです。
