There nothing good to say. The towel dirty, the Blanket was dirty and uncomfortable. The room dirty. The service was so so. Definitely not to return here.
It was a family trip on a low budget. So the quality of the hotel was expected.
Staff was generally helpful. The neighbourhood s a little âslumpâ. But there are lots of food in the night.

Second, I was requested two single bed in my booking request. However, the receptionist said they only have queen bed provided in their hotel.

I booked through expedia n got RM75 per night. Booked for four days. Check in on the date booked. But hotel management said i cancelled my booking n asked me to pay normal price which is Rm90. When I asked the stuff they showed me whatsapp msg from management said i cancelled even i showed them details of my booking. I only stay for 2 night. Felt being cheated. Will not go again
Male receptionist was not accommodating. Didn't even bother to greet first or even smile at guests. Tried to deny us just because of the "booking number" which he insisted we don't have eventhough we showed all the supporting files required to confirm our hotel booking. It took us almost an hour before he let us go in.
