We opted for this property for 1 night due to the price and access to transport to view the Petronas Towers before leaving the city. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Massive space and even the one bathroom had two separate showers! The rooftop pool is wonderful and has a terrific view in the early evening of the city skyline. Plenty of bars and restaurants immediately out the front door. We went to Tono Izakaya for a late dinner after visiting the towers by trains. Outstanding!!! Breakfast was more than continental. It was quite extensive. Just know that apartment hotels welcome MANY families and free breakfast can be a little overwhelming 😆 Wonderful stay!

The room size of this property is fantastic. The rooftop swimming pool & Jaccuzi are the best selling points and perfect place to realx yourself after a days meeting or outings. Breakfast is good with Live egg counter where the Chef prepares your desired egg types. Overall this hotel has never let me down. Highly recommend & will positively stay here again.

The location and customer service are good. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from the main shopping centres. Breakfast buffet: terrible a waste of money, very limited options. The apartment: very dated and requires renovation, needs proper cleaning. It’s lacked basic hygiene. I did not enjoy my stay and was counting down the days to leave it. Facilities: the gym is ok has new equipment but is small. The pool looks ok. I would not stay here again due to poor quality and poor hygiene. I think the whole pan pacific (park royal) chain is old as a stayed at a resort in Penang. I would not be using this chain of hotels again. My rating of this hotel is 2 out of 5.
