Road noise can be heard whole night. Windows are not double glazed. Other than that, all good.

The property overall is very well kept. I would say one of the biggest downside would be the laundry. For as many rooms The Manor is able to accommodate, they have two very tiny washer and dryers. I spent 2 nights of my stay past 4am because I had to wash clothes after waiting for someone’s set to be done. Another thing is, that there is no WiFi to my knowledge available on level 46 where the infinity pool is located. I asked the security guard for the WiFi password and was told he doesn’t know it and was simply the security guard. Last thing to know about The Manor is that if you book the 3 bedrooms that are conjoining rooms, you cannot have the room doors open. When booking 3 bedrooms, I was expecting for easy access to my kids and vice versa; however, that was not the case. I booked 16L and 16R as well as 17L and 17R, there is the main door that can open the entry way to either room WHICH CANNOT BE LOCKED. So if you have children that have a tendency to come to mom and dad at night, this set up is not one you should choose. Almost forgot, The Manor operates to be energy efficient so your room card is also the key to keep the power on. So after a day of sight seeing, don’t expect to come back to a nicely air conditioned room. And if you are with large group, ask to be in at least the same lobby (there’s 3 lobbies that require its own elevator key) so you can easily go to each others rooms.

It is a home away from home experience. Affordable option for both long and short stays. Booked a 2-Bedroom unit on the 20th Level over the Haji holidays. And will return because all the staffs in all levels were very hardworking and customer service focused.

Great location - walking distance to KL Park & Towers. Comfy beds Mostly clean (the air vent in the bedroom needs attention). Staff at reception were helpful. Steam iron stand is difficult to use. Should replace with a proper steam iron & ironing board.

Bathroom smelt so bad like bad body odour and no matter how much we tried to get rid of it (opening windows etc) the smell would not budge. They kept insisting on cash deposit but later realised that was only because the lady did not know how to action a card payment. She had to call her boss. Checkin took 40 minutes! They mention having a laundry room downstairs but there is only 1 washer and dryer for the whole complex so it is never available. Not a clean room either- full of trash. I would never stay here again. Stains everywhere. Did not feel clean at all.

High expectations, disappointing experience

Seemingly large, impressive, and up-scale, it gives an initial impression that completely contradicts the experience. Many portions inside the hotel are under construction (as are outside), as if the property was half-built and prematurely released to the public. The entrance/exit is clearly designed for automobiles and is awkward, unsafe and unwalkable for pedestrians. The rest of the hotel design is a failure due to its confusing, inefficient layout. My room had a chemical smell. The artwork consisted of an easel that had no good place to be stored, and was instead inconveniently placed in the center of the small kitchen. Despite changing the settings, the water dispenser only delivered hot water. The shower only delivered cold water. There was one trash can. It's apparent that little thought was given to the design and experience of the residents.
