Wir hatten das Apartment Mozart, Es ist groß, geräumig, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sauber und mit Balkon und Küche. Frühstück ist direkt im Apartmenthaus im Restaurant Wolkenlos. Wenn man im Hotel (Haupthaus) frühstücken möchte, müsste man einen Aufpreis zahlen. Das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand sind es nur 2 Minuten Fußweg.

Hotel in Strandnähe mit Servicepotential

Das Appartement war zwar gut aber es fehlte an Gemütlichkeit. Das Frühstück ließ ab halb zehn an Qualität merklich nach. Es wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt, so dass es einiges dann nicht mehr gab. Die Bestellung für den Geburtstagstisch zum Frühstück war leider auch enttäuschend. Die Blumen waren keine 20€ wert und der bestellte Sekt fehlte ganz. Es reicht also nicht immer nur die gute Lage und der gute Name...

Aus alt mach neu und komfortabel

Das Personal gibt diesem komfortablen Hotel das Besondere. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum und das Essen in der Orangerie ein echtes Erlebnis.

Kurzurlaub

Ein sehr entspannter und angenehmer Aufenthalt im Hotel mit Strand und Erholung. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr gut die Terasse auf seeseite. Der Frühstück Service vom Feinsten. Sehr zu empfehlen...wir werden es wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum

Pros: Schönes Appartement, für 4 Personen geeignet.
Cons: Das Frühstück könnte reichhaltiger und kreativer sein.
Location: Das Haus liegt zentral schräg gegenüber des Konzertgartens Ost. Strandpromenade, Seebrücke und viele Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir haben das Hotel wegen der hervorragenden Lage und wegen der schönen Appartements für unseren Kurztrip nach Kühlungsborn ausgewählt. Unser Appartement war sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthaltes Bauarbeiten mit viel Lärm auf den Etagenfluren, was außerhalb der Saison aber toleriert werden kann. Das Schwimmbad und der Saunabereich bieten alles, was man braucht. Wellnessbehandlungen sollte man aber rechtzeitig vor der Reise buchen - wir hatten dies versäumt und leider keine Massagetermine vor Ort mehr bekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet im Haus "Wolkenlos" war eher durchschnittlich - hier hatten wir etwas mehr Kreativität erwartet, zumal wir im gleichen Restaurant am Vorabend toll gegessen hatten.

Eun schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es war vielseitig und sehr sehr lecker. Der Pool- und Saunabereich war sehr gut. Vielleicht könnte das Poolwasser etwas wärmer sein, aber jeder empfindet es anders.

Alles gut

Location: Super Lage
Wenn man sagt, dass Kinder den Wellness-Bereich nur bis 16 Uhr nutzen können und anschließend Ruhe Pur dort herrscht, dann erwarte ich das auch. Wenn ich das nicht umsetze, sollte ich das auch nicht bewerben.
