Herzlichen Dank für die Zeit, die Sie sich für die Bewertung genommen haben: Es freut uns, dass Sie einen positiven Gesamteindruck über unser Haus haben. Ihre Kritik wegen frischerer Brötchen zu Frühstück am Sonntag werden wir natürlich ernst nehmen. Leider liefert in unserer Region kein Bäcker am Sonntag Frischware. Wir werden uns dazu aber etwas überlegen. Neben den Brötchen gibt es aber auch ein breites Sortiment an Jourgebäck, Schwarzbrot, Croissant. Wenn das Abendessen in unserem öffentlichen à la carte Restaurant nicht Ihren Vorstellungen entsprochen hat, tut uns das sehr leid. Es wurde jedoch am Tisch gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei und alle Teller waren auch leer gegessen. Wir nehmen Kritiken sehr ernst, da sie die Möglichkeit bieten, im ständigen Arbeitsablauf und Angebot Verbesserungen zu erzielen.
