Loved it!

Spent a week over Spring break with my daughter, sons, and grandchildren. The home had everything we needed (from beach toys to bicycles) and was extremely clean. Location was perfect! Hoping to book again for my next trip to North Carolina

Awesome Rental

We had such a great time. The rental is so so nice, with high ceilings on all floors (i think 9’?), beautiful modern finishes and appliances, super comfortable (and newer) furniture, and gorgeous dĂ©cor throughout. It was super clean, very open and airy, but also comfortable and cozy at the same time. Location is great, super convenient to the beach, to fort fisher, to the ferry to Southport, to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, and even to downtown Wilmington for the battleship. Everyone loved it, old to young, and the kids particularly liked the bunk beds. I highly recommend this property, except for the weeks that we want to use it next year, because we will be back!!

Arrival was smooth and everything in the home was clean and well stocked. Our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) had plenty of space to spread out and find comfortable sleeping arrangements; however, the lower level bedroom can hear the water rushing through the pipes when anyone else in the home flushes toilets or showers. Knowing that. The were mindful of that at night so The only snag we had was the condition of the communal pool when we arrived but it was remedied in 24 hours from when I notified our host. Our location was convenient to both the boardwalk in CB as well as the Kure Beach Pier and its surrounding attractions. The walk from the townhome to the beach was very easy and the crosswalk provided peace of mind as my kids crossed the street. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely book another stay here in the future!

Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful, clean and perfect for our needs except the fridge was broken. This made it very inconvenient for the Easter gathering we had planned. We had a lot of food that needed to be kept cold for the weekend. We packed the fridge with ice until maintenance was able to bring us more coolers and dorm fridges. It was really not ideal but acceptable. Overall our stay was great. The location was great, the view was good. The entrance to the beach was close by. I just wish there was easier communication. Only way to ask questions was through email.

Best Place We've Stayed At in Kure Beach!!!

We have been coming to Carolina and Kure Beaches for decades now, and this was hands down the best yet! :) It's all about comfort, quiet, plenty of space, flow, and ease of use. All modern amenities. Great area in Kure Beach. Very laid back. A super easy stroll to the beach. Elevator to help with groceries to the third floor and with a few of our older family members. Great garage and parking for four vehicles with overflow in the back. Awesome pool that is sort of hidden away and private :) Great security. Everything was clean as a whistle. Great bedding with crisp and clean sheets! Just overall outstanding accommodations!!! We will be back to this place for sure!!!!

Fantastic rental in every way!

We could not have been happier with this property. Easy beach access and very short walk to the beach. Great location in a beautiful area of Kure Beach, just a few minutes south of Carolina Beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great - we used 3 of the 4 bedrooms (K, Q, Q - we did not use the room with two bunk beds) and we each had a spacious bathroom with his/her sinks and large shower. Beautiful furnishings throughout, and we enjoyed using the tandem bike and other beach cruisers that were available for our use. Large open kitchen/living area with decent ocean view from the large balcony. Large TV with Roku in every bedroom as well as the large living area. Kitchen was fully furnished with everything you might need, and with KitchenAid appliances. Elevator came in handy, since our son had ankle surgery a few weeks before we arrived - we thought that was just a bonus but it turned out to be a necessity! A-1 Property Management was terrific and responded quickly to fix a couple of minor issues that arose during the week. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.
