The "Kerschbamerhof" with its 4 spacious apartments and a unique panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and the South Tyrolean lowlands is situated between blossoming oleanders, palm trees, vines and our own orchards and vineyards. Relax in the sunny garden, on your balcony or under the shady pergola. 200 metres from the house there are numerous walking and hiking trails as well as challenging mountain and mountain bike tours through the enchanting mountain world of South Tyrol. For our bathing friends! The Kalterersee, the Montigglersee or the biotope Fennbergersee are in the immediate vicinity. Lake Garda is only 75km away from us! Families, cyclists and mountain bikers, pensioners, hikers or those seeking relaxation - whether as a couple or with the whole family - everyone will find the ideal holiday with us.
Large heated pool with sunny lawn, many quiet areas to relax, terrace with furniture, brick-built wooden barbecue for your steaks, wine cellar, playground with climbing frame, slide, swing, adventure house, table tennis table, table football, basketball, community games for young and old; wellness area with bio sauna, Finnish sauna, aroma sauna and infrared cabin with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the lowlands.
Our flat Merlot has 2 separate bedrooms (3-bed double room) with garden, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen-living room with sofa bed, with separate entrance, is comfortably furnished, equipped with crockery and cookware, tea towels, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, bed linen, hand and shower towels, toilet paper, safe, central hoover system, satellite TV and radio and all have a large balcony or garden. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.
All flats have a marvellous panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and the South Tyrolean lowlands and have a separate entrance area.
Ideal for day trips to the Dolomites, Lake Garda, Venice,... or for shopping in Bolzano Merano, Bressanone, Trento. Open all year round! Our Christmas markets are open until 6 January,
