We had to leave this hotel without staying. It was dirty & smelly. The walks were filthy, bathroom moldy & griss & the beds were thin & pillows disgusting. The 1st room reeked of snoke so we hauled our stuff back downstairs to request a different room but it was no better so we simply left. Walked down to the Ibis Kuta Hotel instead for just a few dollars more.
Miss out my booking. But counter staff at least let me check in first n resolved the issue later. Breakfast in room not acceptable. Time to change towels. Missing glass door panel at shower area. Bathroom needs regrouting. Black n mouldy
No wifi. Room dirty - ants and a massive cockroach in the bathroom. Smelled like sewage (both from the bathroom and the rubbish dump adjacent to the hotel). Good location - walking distance to the main kuta strip.
Hotel shuttle service didn ÂŽt pick us up at the airport (after email confirmation), friendly staff at the reception, hotel room not really clean, good value for money, ideal for one night stay after arrival to Denpasar airport at night.
The paint on the corridors wall was peeling, and the light was turned off in the morning. We had to wake up at 5am to take our taxi, and all lights in the corridors were off. We had to found our way and try to find the switches.
The shower bath is not well made as when you taking a shower the water is getting everywhere in the bathroom.
Over than that, I was satisfied.
