Good location but not so good service

Good location but the apartment has basic facilities, not enough utensils in the kitchen, wifi did not work and had only 1 toilet paper roll for 3 days. Inspite of complaining about wifi and lack of toilet paper staff did not take any action and I bought toilet paper on my own. Overall very bad service from staff. Location is good but the apartment is on the main road and doors/windows are not properly insulated. Can hear noise from traffic.

Teyit edilen yer ve oda verilmedi. Bunun yerine daha uzakta kötü bir oda daha ucuza verildi. Oda temiz değildi ve önemli eksiklikler vardı. Çok kötü bir oraganizasyon !! Ben kendi sipariş ettiğim odayı alamadım ve konaklamam çok kötü geçti. Umarım yaşadıklarımı başkaları yaşamaması adına önlem alınır.

wrong hole

Address was wrong, so need to get office to apartment. All water lines was leaking, I mean all. Payment was not same like in web. Very bad peolpe in service. I don`t know how they did so high rated. Area is nice and wi_fi did work all time, other way is shitty deal

My rating

Studio apartment suitable for travelers with accommodation at local level as other citizens. Good refrigerator but noisy at night. Advantage is proximity to old city, quit place. Wifi ok.
