The stay at the Cross Hotel in Kyoto was extremely relaxing. The rooms were spacious check in checkout was great. The breakfast was reasonably priced. The location can’t be beat. I would come back to this hotel.

Luxury hotel without the fuss (or price tag) but with touches of Japan charm! From the moment we checked in to checked out, it was a perfect stay! The staff were all so nice and helpful, the property was clean and quiet, and in a great location. Our room was absolutely fantastic - clean, spacious, quiet, super comfy beds, great bathroom. Loved the layout! The location made it easy to walk to the Nishi Market for shopping & eating, plus easy access to multiple train stations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the location. It off a quiet side street but you are so close to shopping, trains, and so much food. The staff is so friendly and rooms are wonderful. We can wait to come back and stay. Love the city and the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean upon arrival. The staff was very kind. Only downside is that there was not a laundry machine onsite, but that should not take away anyones decision as there is a uniqlo near by to buy new clothes. We definitely enjoyed our stay at this hotel and cannot wait to comeback again.

Spent 5 nights and found location was near huge shopping with plenty of food options. Staff was great in helping line up taxi as we had lots of luggage and were going to hotel near Osaka airport. Bus to Kyoto station was around corner. Clean room.

The location of this hotel is perfect. The room sizes, particularly the corner rooms, we are so spacious. We loved staying here and would definitely return. Only a very small suggestion: that there will be more towel, hooks and places to store clothing in the closet. But that is just a very small quibble. The staff lobby, the concierge were all so wonderful. We loved this hotel.

Excellent hotel in convenient location. Shops and restaurants nearby. Nice and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast although it was way too crowded. That was the only downside.
