We stayed for 3 nights and it was wonderful. The onsen was amazing. It is tattoo friendly to a point. You're only given 2 med sized cover ups. So if you're fully tattooed, then its really not for you. They provide free massage chairs, ice cream and ramen at night. Unfortunately it was pork based broth so we weren't able to try. I would highly recommend the place. Easy access to Kyoto Station.

The best feature about this hotel was the walkable convenience to the train station and many eateries in the area. The free ramen was great as a late night snack but definitely not enough for a dinner meal. We enjoyed the free ice cream at night and complimentary hot beverages. The only drawback was the consistent use of the massage chairs and busy onsen. I would definitely stay again in the future but would probably opt for a quieter space/room.

We were greeted right when we step one foot into the entrance lobby. The Staff was amazing and clear on what we can expect at their hotel. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in around the world. Clean rooms and facilities. Outstanding customer service (quick, efficient and kind). Way check in and check out!
