House of 300m2 in a big garden of 900m2, with private swiming-pool. Perfect for 10 people.

There are two 140m2 independent attached houses up to 5 people each and you can go from one to another through the outdoor BBQ place. Both houses have its dining-room, independent kitchen, double bedroom with a double bed, double bedroom with two single beds, single bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower. Air conditioning.

Garden it's very rich with plants and you have the room for 2 cars, a BBQ, table and chairs to have your meals outside in the open air.

The house Torrent del PI has a 900m2 garden, great for 10 people, based in the middle of the Costa Daurada. The house it's totally illuminated.

Outside there is the garden with private swiming-pool, two 25m2 terrases, parking for 2 cars, BBQ with a table and chairs to enjoy meals at the open air.

There are lots of trees and plants in the garden, such as olive trees and palm tree.

Just very closed to Cala Torrent del Pi and to Cala Mosques.

L'Ametlla de Mar is half an hour away from Port Aventura, amusement park for the whole family, and also half an hour away from the Delta del Ebro,natural park well known all around Europe.

Propriétaire omni présent, installation à revoir.

Nous étions ravis de passer une semaine de vacances. Mais nous étions pas avertis de la présence du propriétaire. Celui-ci est venue 3 fois pendant notre séjour sans prévenir et surtout pour nous surveiller. L'installation de la maison laisse à désirer. Les micro-ondes ne fonctionne pas, les lave vaisselle 1 sur 2. On avait pourtant été avertis de la réparation du 2e pendant la semaine mais aucune nouvelle jusqu'au dernier jour. L'installation électrique qui disfonctionnement rapidement, l'évacuation des eaux rapidement bouchée et les odeurs qui vont avec. Chaise longue cassé, parasols inutilisables. Il n'y a pas de clim (pas énoncé sur l'annonce) et seulement 2 ventilateur pour 6 chambre. Malgré tous c'est problème, l'agence qui loue cette maison ne veux rien entendre. Je ne recommande pas du tout. N'y la maison n'y l'agence.
