Wohnung nicht sauber

Wohnung war nicht sauber, Mobiliar zum Teil defekt. Zentrale Lage sehr gut, vorteilhaft ist, dass Schlafzimmer auf den Innenhof gerichtet sind, dh Nachträge.

Très bon appartement

Appartement bien situé en centre-ville, avec le Spar en bas de l'immeuble très pratique. La piscine sur le toit est parfaite. La location est très bien équipée et surtout la climatisation était fonctionnelle. Les seules petites points négatifs seraient balcon pas très grand et les matelas du lit double à changer sinon très satisfait de cette location

Deberian cambiar las cortinas de la sala y lis cojines del sofá que estavan sucios y viejos.los muebles en general són demasiado grandes para el tamaño del piso, con la incomodidad que eso genera.

Perfecto para vacaciones en familia

Apartamento perfectamente equipado y bien ubicado. Con aire acondicionado. Facilitan cuna y trona sin cargo adicional. Parking en la misma finca. Piscina en el terrado, limpia, tranquila y con preciosas vistas. Playas a 5-10 minutos caminando. Supermercado justo debajo.

Appartement très bien situé,vu sur le port,tout est à proximité la supérette ouverte tous les jours au rdc ,les plages,les marchés... Par contre accès place de parking très très compliqué...malgré petite voiture comme signalé dans l’annonce; mais indispensable du fait d’absence de stationnement gratuit alentour et police municipale aux aguets. Dans l’unique salle de bain,pas de rangement si ce n’est un vieux meuble rouillé...,les fenêtres des chambres ouvrent sur la cage d’escalier intérieur #,la machine à laver très difficile d’accès dans le placard sous le chauffe eau..,balcon juste pour 4 personnes et enfin après une semaine de visite de techniciens divers et variés la climatisation a enfin fonctionné... Bel appartement bien agencé très bien pour trois (chambre des enfants petite pour 2).
