For shared use: swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 160 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. and 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower. Private: natural garden (fenced). Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Single garage. Supermarket 2.7 km, shopping centre 2.7 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station "Figueres" 30 km, sandy beach "Cala Montgó" 2.7 km, shingle beach "Illa Mateua" 1.1 km.
