House for vacation rental in l'Escala with private pool. This recently renovated house is located in a quiet area, a 10-minute walk from the Montgí Natural Park and at the same time just a 13-minute walk from Riells Beach in L'Escala. It is ideal for children! The Riells Beach promenade offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, leisure places for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc.

This villa offers you the best to spend an unforgettable vacation: large living-dining room with access to the magnificent porch with table and chairs to enjoy long meals in summer next to the barbecue and pool, with beautiful views over L'Escala. An American kitchen, and three bedrooms with two bathrooms.

In total, the house can sleep 8 people in 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds).

ATTENTION: From 01/11 to 01/04 the house does not have a pool or Wi-Fi.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Not up to scratch

When we arrived the outdoor patio area was filthy, rubbish and dirt everywhere. Plenty of sunbeds to use around the pool but these were very dirty and we had to clean them. The kitchen was equipped well. The toilet in the downstairs bathroom leaks and there is other things like sockets that need fixing around the villa. It is advertised as newly refurbished but this is not the case. Outdoors needs some tiles repairing also. The main thing about this villa is it is locating directly next to and overlooking a campsite with was full of large groups of teenagers having dance parties' from the early hours until late. The noise was crazy. I did inform K3 properties who rent ou the villa (also about the cleanliness issues when we arrived which they ignored). They answered that it is August and it will be noisy.

Pas adapté pour l'hiver

Nous ne conseillons pas de venir l'hiver. La maison était un vrai glaçon. De plus, tout est vieillissant. Rien ne fonctionne vraiment ... les portes coulissent mal, la douche fuit, le pommeau est tout entartré, les poêles sont hs. Les exterieurs non balayés donnaient un air de désolation. Pas chaleureux du tout.
