This house consists of a living room in a veranda (unheated veranda), a kitchen, a bedroom equipped with two 90 cm beds with a sitting area and TV, a second bedroom equipped with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom/WC. Access to bedroom 2 and the bathroom is via bedroom 1. Outside, you will benefit from an enclosed sandy plot, with a terrace accessible by 2 steps where you will find garden furniture and an electric plancha. A closed shelter is also available on the terrace for storing your bicycles. The property has a gate at the rear providing direct access to the forest. You can park your vehicle in the driveway leading to the property.
