"Zum Morgenessen muss man oft warten, bis ein Tisch zur Verfügung steht, Buffet wird nicht aufgefüllt, entweder fehlen Säfte oder die Gläser oder beides. Niemand koordiniert das Frühstück.
Zum Apero am Abend muss man 20 Minuten warten, bis man was bestellen kann, obwohl das Personal herumschwirrt. Wenn man dann bestellt hat, geht es wieder rund 20 Minuten, bis die Getränke gebracht werden. Beim Nachtessen war es zum Start gleich, verbesserte sich dann aber im Verlaufe des Abend.
Zusammengefasst: Der schlechte Service passt nicht zur Preisklasse des Hauses."
