Apartment renovated in 2012, located in the center, in a residence of 24 apartments, built in 1977. Close to shops, daycare centers and children's activities, ice rink open in winter. 300 meters from alpine ski departures (Champ Giguet) and ESF but also cross-country skiing (thanks to the Beauregard cable car). Beautiful view of the village and mountains.
ENTRANCE HALL: (PVC floor) 6.93 m2, a few steps leading to the living room,
BEDROOM 1: (linoleum) 7.31 m2, 2 twin beds (80), north window on walkway, wardrobe closet, television,
KITCHEN: (tiled floor) 3.53 m2, multi-function oven, 2 vitro ceramic hobs, 190L refrigerator with freezer compartment, hood, dishwasher, raclette appliance, filter and capsule coffee maker,
DINING ROOM: (parquet floor) 15.91m2, high table with 4 bar stools, armchairs, 1 BZ convertible (140), television, bay window overlooking a south-facing balcony terrace of 6.36 m2, garden furniture,
