Good location in La Crosse historic downtown

This was a nice property, perfect for a long weekend visiting the La Crosse area. Everything was in good condition and the kitchen was furnished with plenty of dishes and enough pans to prepare meals. One nice feature was two free parking spaces in back. The communication with the property management was very clear and timely. There was a warning from the property managers about the noise from a neighboring bar, but we didn't experience that. But it was noisy due to a couple other things--the air conditioning unit is on the roof above the back bedroom and sounds like a lawnmower running. The windows and roof are also very thin so we were woken up by the loud motorcycles late at night. The AC stopped working on our second day, but they sent over a maintenance guy to fix it right away. They were very responsive and understanding when we accidentally took the front door key home with us (we sent it back right away). I would recommend checking your confirmation as we were charged a 180 "extra guest fee" on our initial booking. After some back and forth it was refunded, apparently mistakenly added. Overall, it was a good choice for two couples to hang out for a weekend.

Birthday/Anniversary Celebration

We came to La Crosse to get away and celebrate our birthdays and anniversary. We loved the location to have the ability to walk to most of the places we wanted to go. The loft was very beautiful. There was noise based on the location, but the host clearly stated that in the listing, so there were no surprises.

Downtown stay

Great location. Parking was nice to have on location. We happened to be there during Spring break, so no noise other than garbage pick up. The pictures of the unit are acurate. The Hulu was great since we were able to watch the NCAA tournament games. Would stay again.the college Spring Break, so not loud at all.

Wonderful!

Stayed here for Christmas with my partner and mother-in-law—we had an excellent stay! The apartment was comfortable and, overall, very quiet (though this may be because we were here for the holiday and the bars down below didn’t keep their regular hours). We loved it and would stay here again!

Great location

Lots of space and a great kitchen! Everything was clean and getting in and out was easy. The set-up felt very safe and although other reviews mentioned the noise, we didn't find it to be that loud. Could be because it was summer lol. Totally recommend :)

This 2 BR 2 Bath, great Living Room, full kitchen condo on 3rd St. is incredible! So comfortable! Clean! I highly recommend for a small group (we were 2 couples)!

DIII Wrestling Nationals Stay

We were in town to attend the DIII Wrestling National Championships at the LaCrosse Center. The location was perfect for attending the wrestling, getting food, and celebrating after. The unit is well stocked, clean, and very spacious. We had a great stay!

Great Location

It was a great location for a girls weekend. Lots of good places to eat and things to do. Enjoyed our stay as we were able to park for the weekend and walk to all of the activities we had planned. Cute, clean place with everything needed for a relaxing fun weekend.

Great location

Great location!! Very nice and very clean!!! A little loud at night but understandable with location. The only thing I would suggest is there was only one wash cloth for two people for two days. Other than that loved it !!

Great stay at a beautiful residence. The web page that is made for this property is perfect. We were easily able to navigate through the weekend with the amazing suggestions given. We also had a great time relaxing in the clean and beautiful residence.

This apartment was perfect fir our weekend get away! Perfectly located on popular in the middle of the action. To those looking for a quiet getaway, this isn’t for you but those looking for a fun vibe this is a must stay! The property was so clean and charming! We’ll be back again.

Great place but noisy

Would love to give this place 5 stars, it is very well furnished an exceptionally clean. The location is great except for the fact that it is above a bar. I I read the other reviews and thought " how bad can it be? " I did not expect total silence at 9:00 p.m. . But it was past 2:30 a.m. both nights.

bar noise

expected street and some crowd noise but unaware apt was located above a bar. this was not in description of property. the level of noise late at night disrupted everyone's sleep, especially sat eve., loud music persisted until after 4 am. we all had minimum of 3-5 hr drives home. additional fees assume related to property management did make this rental expensive compared to other vrbos I have rented. it was great that we could park and walk everywhere.

Beautiful space in downtown LAX!

We had a great stay in the VRBO - I could not have asked for a more convenient location! We came for the weekend for Mid West Music Fest and the apartment was within easy walking distance to all of the venues, coffee shops, hotels and more. Parking and getting inside were a little bit confusing (watch all of the videos before you get there!) but once we got settled it was fine. It would be great to add an electronic keypad to the outside to avoid key shuffling, but that was minor. The back room was pretty loud from street noise - (take advantage of the handy earplugs!) but we expected that. Our room also had a weird sort of loud vibration type noise from the HVAC system, but it went away after we turned off the system and didn't seem to come back. All in all a gorgeous place! I appreciated being able to text the property manager with questions and he got back to me right away. Thank you very much! This was our first stay in La Crosse but won't be our last.
