Very used hotel. Used to be a holiday inn and could use some love. Remote was dirty and then started looking around and wished I hadn't. We were on $th floor but was told at desk to park in ramp and there's a walkway from ramp on 2nd floor to hotel so we unload car and go across walkway only to find STAIRS to go down to first to walk down hallway and around corner to use elevator. Not very convenient. Its right downtown and there's plenty of noise and no blackout curtains. Would be a place for college kids to stay to visit friends
We are repeat travelers and we love staying at Pearl Street! Staff has been great. Parking is always available. So many dining and entertainment options within walking distance.
The hotel is very basic, previously a Holiday Inn. Location is wonderful, but pool is no longer in service and neither is bar/restaurant. Also no breakfast. Was fine for us, but single a no frill hotel. Joel was clean and check in was quick. Parking is a half block away in a parking ramp.
Friendly folks, cool building, but the room wasn't quite as pictured, and the location is in a warehouse district with very few businesses open to the public.
This property was ok. It needs maintenance and not what it is advertised as. It was clean. No bar as advertised. Location was good. Needs some help to live up to what it is advertised.
Used to be a Holiday Inn is definitely going downhill supposedly have a bar restaurant and breakfast. Thatâs not true. Those are permanently closed. Had a dirty towel in our bathroom, a lightbulb and an envelope with a big smiley face that said thank you we threw those away and the next afternoon after room service had been in there lightbulb and envelope are back on the counter told front desk lady about it. She just kept saying OK thanks like it was normal and not weird that this was in our room in the first place and then they take out of trash. Gf also thought alot of her stuff had been touched but she also could hardly speak English.
