Heel vriendelijke Ontvangst in een zeer pittoreske oud klooster! Alles werd in begrijpelijk Frans (voor “beginners”) uitgelegd en er werd meegelopen naar de kamer. Uitleg over dorpje en waar we konden eten! Een warm welkom in Frankrijk!

The breakfast looks rather sad, and it would be worth investing into this since guests are moving to the other hotels. Be careful when you check out, since you might pay the bill twice. The owner happly charged me a second time, without pointing out that I had paid on Expedia. Since then I am running after my money, and guess what? Expedia and the hotel are not reacting on my emails. Well done I paid twice for the price of one!

2 night family stay in La Fleche

Lovely old hotel right in the centre of town. Check in a could have been better but all in all okay. Hotel kindly gave us a fan for the 2 nights as it was very hot. Parking off site but really easy just outside the hotel. La Fleche is a lovely town and the hotel is a perfect location to stay. Lovely garden too.

Super séjour à l’hôtel relais Cicero, déconnexion total, hôtel atypique mais très confort et cosy !! Chambre très confort avec une salle de bain très bien !! Nous avons été très bien reçu, petit déjeuner extra avec toujours l’intérêt du bien être de ces hôtes !! Merci à son fil et son papa qui ont été au petits soins pour nous !! Et encore joyeux 80ans ! Très belle demeure pleine de charme, nous avons été plongés pour deux nuits dans le lux du siècle dernier. La chambre, grande et confortable été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Cependant quelques détails restent à améliorer : le personnel pas assez présent, la robinetterie de la baignoire défectueuse et les cendriers de l'espace extérieur non vider de tout notre séjour. L'expérience globale est très satisfaisante et si nous avons l'occasion de passer à nouveau par La Flèche, nous reviendrons dans cet établissement.

Médiocre et malhonnête

Nous avons l’habitude de beaucoup voyagé avec nos deux enfants en bas âge. Nous avons réservé la suite familiale sur photo pour 4 personnes. Grosse déception, puisque celle ci s’est révélée être une chambre classique avec une minuscule pièce borgne où un lit simple avait été mis. Sdb vieillotte, literie inconfortable et draps qui grattent…Pas du tout la description annoncée dans les détails, et aucun geste commercial proposé. Le propriétaire a même fui lorsque nous lui avons dit notre mécontentement et demandé des explications... lors du Check out nous avons eu la curiosité de visiter la chambre du couple qui partait en même temps que nous (et arrivé après nous), la chambre était deux fois plus grande que la nôtre… 😡 L’hôtel devait être bien il y a 30 ans et depuis aucun travaux ni mise aux normes. Deux câbles d’iPhone endommagés a cause de l’électricité « à l’ancienne ». Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Et gl lille hotel, i en meget øde by, hvor der ikke skete meget, få spise muligheder, vi oplevede generelt en dårlig kommunikation, både på den ene restaurant vi var på, og specialt hotellet, hvor det gik helt galt ved tjek ud, vi havde forud betalt hotel hjemmefra, dog skulle vi betale morgenmad og hvad vi havde drukket i baren, vi så ingen regning på noget, så havde ingen ide hvad vi skulle betale for, så vi betalte da vi ville gætte det var for morgenmad og baren for begge værelser. Det viste sig så, at han ville ha vi skulle betale mere og det kun var det ene værelse, vi havde afregnet. Uden af se hans regnskab hans beløb var det ikke til at gennemskue, det kom så på bordet til sidst, det viste sig han havde så lagt de 159 euro som værelses prisen var på, og vi havde betalt hjemmefra. Jeg fandt ordre vores bekræftigelse frem, men den var han ligeglad med, den stod jo også på dansk, på nær en linie, som jeg oversatte via translate, direkte oversat stod der, (dit ophold er forud betalt) nu faldt 5øren så for ham, han kunne så bare ikke regne og finde ud af at trække de 159 euro fra samlet beløb, så det gjorde vi på et papir foran ham og han måtte så give os kontanter tilbage, med meget brok og besvær, han var så ubehøvlet. Det tog ikke mindre end en lille time af diskutere med en mand man ikke kunne kommunikere med, for at tjekke ud.
