Welcome to DeerHaven, a traditional, rustic, and spacious lakefront retreat offering over 3,000 square feet of living space! Situated on a rare, gently sloped lot, this home offers an incredibly easy walk to the water and is within walking distance of the community pool and tennis courts.
The Space Highlights & Gathering Spaces:
The Great Room: A comfortable main-level living space connected to the back deck, overlooking the water.
Dining & Drinks: A spacious dining room featuring a wet bar, perfect for family meals.
Screened-In Porch: Accessible from the dining room, this porch features patio furniture and grand views of Norris Lake—the ideal spot for morning coffee.
Lower Level Entertainment: The ultimate hangout zone featuring a pool table, family room with TV/DVDs, and a second wet bar equipped with a mini-fridge and under-counter ice maker.
Kitchen: Fully stocked for meal prep, plus a convenient pantry/laundry room.
Outdoor Living & Waterfront:
The `Easy` Walk: Unlike many mountain homes, our lot is gently sloped, offering an easy 40-yard stroll to the water.
Private Dock: A new dock featuring a covered single-bay slip and extra uncovered boat parking on the side.
Deck Life: Enjoy the main level back deck or walk out from the basement to the covered lower deck and open yard.
Fireplace: There is a wood-burning fireplace for your use (Please bring your own firewood).
For the Kids:
Family Friendly: We make travel easier by providing a high chair and pack-and-play.
Outdoor Play: The open yard offers space for kids to run, and the home is within walking distance to the community pool and tennis courts.

No unauthorized pets, house parties, fireworks, RVs, campers, motorcycles, or off-road vehicles are permitted in the resort.
Locked owner closets and garages are strictly off-limits; tampering results in loss of security deposit.
Please inspect the home upon arrival and report any issues within one hour; no refunds are provided for mechanical failures or inclement weather.
Starter supplies (toilet paper/soap) are limited and not replenished during your stay.
Bath towels are NOT provided—please remember to bring your own!
