Very nice, clean, modern house very close to all that La Fortuna and the surrounding area has to offer. Communication with Juan and MatĂ­as was easy and with quick responses. They were helping in securing day passes for our family to a local hot springs resort at a discount! They had many other offerings in their tour brochure as well. We enjoyed watching all the colorful birds and hummingbirds that frequent the back yard and flowering hedges. The neighborhood was quiet and close to town. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful home with an incredible outdoor space. The location was absolutely gorgeous, and we loved starting our mornings with coffee outside, swimming in the perfectly warm pool, and taking in the stunning volcano views.The home itself was lovely, but there were a few minor hiccups upon arrival. The property was a bit difficult to find due to a lack of markings on the gate, and no one was there to greet us or let us into the home when we arrived. Additionally, two of the AC units were not working properly at check-in. That said, the owner was very responsive and had the issue addressed the same night, which we really appreciated.Communication with the concierge was slower than expected, and some details could have been clarified better. While not as helpful as concierges we’ve experienced at other rentals, it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay.Overall, a beautiful property with amazing views and outdoor amenities—we truly enjoyed our time there.

Great view of the Arenal volcano and nice location. However, there was a dead lizard and an ant infestation in the kitchen and bedroom. We contacted the host after our stay about these issues, but they did not resolve the problem or offer any compensation.

The home is very nice, modern & comfortable! The rooms are a great size, plenty of sleeping options and kitchen is well stocked with necessities including an air fryer! A/C in every room was amazing! And, the pool, wow - so nice! Highly recommend this home for your time in Fortuna!! 20 minutes to mĂ­stico which is a must see on your visit!

What an amazing experience. Graceland surpassed my expectations. We had an unbelievable and unforgettable time. I will recommend this to everyone I know. Beautiful home in a great location with a stunning view of the volcano. The house was very clean and communication with the host/property manager was excellent. Only downside was that the BBQ ran out of gas on our last night, which was disappointing since we cooked most meals at home. Otherwise, a fantastic stay and would recommend!

Quiet and clean

This property was just what we were looking for. It was close enough to LaFortuna that we were able to make trips into town to the market without a huge inconvenience yet removed enough that we felt like we were away from everyone else. This location is also near most of the activities we did: night hike, arenal rafting, mystico hanging bridges and (of course) hiking at arenal volcano. The beds were the only downside - they are VERY hard and uncomfortable
even our 16 year old son who could sleep ANYWHERE struggled to get a good nights sleep.

Peaceful and Beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Graceland. The house set up perfectly for our family of 5. Our daughter had online classes she needed to attend and the WiFi worked perfectly. The pool area is beautifully furnished and appointed. After our morning adventures it was the perfect spot to come back to and relax.We felt extremely safe. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well here. The location is wonderful and we were very close to everything. There is also a small grocery store about 5 minutes away which we frequented. Highly recommend this property for exploring La Fortuna!

we had a fantastic stay at this property! The house in view are even better than the pictures! The location is perfect. Close to town and all the sites but still feels quiet and secluded. The management team was helpful and super communicative!

Great stay, foot of the volcano

Great view of the volcano. Pool was great, and heated! There’s even a bathroom outside for when people are using the pool they don’t need to go inside the house wet. We loved our stay here. Perfect for families. We used the washing machine for laundry. Only heads up is there isn’t a dishwasher or oven, but we didn’t care.

Perfect La Fortuna Getaway

Host/management company were so nice and helpful. The home is stunning and in a great spot for all things La Fortuna. We rented a car, so it was easy for us to get around, but the home was close to everything (less than 10 minutes) and the views of Arsenal (when it wasn't cloudy) were STUNNING
