In a very pretty village located in the narrowest part of the island, between the expressway and the sea—which can be seen from an upstairs window—you will have direct access through the village to a vast 7 km beach of fine sand, as well as tennis courts and a pétanque court. You can go shopping in peace by bicycle (bakery 1 km away via small roads), reach the nearby Port du Bonhomme, and explore the island on foot, by bike, or by car... Noirmoutier, the island of mimosas, can be visited in all seasons.
Three vintage bicycles are available for free, for the care of tenants, who must check their proper working order before use.
Sheets and towels can be provided in summer (€12/person, beds made upon arrival).
The house comprises a kitchen and a living room on the ground floor; upstairs, two bedrooms, a powder room, and a separate toilet. Small enclosed garden, courtyard at the front.

Un week-end vendéen au top

Nous étions 5 pour fêter les 24 ans de notre fils.Nous avons eu une belle météo et le logement était très bien situé. A 5 mn de marche de la plage. Noirmoutier est une très belle île où les balades en vélos sont un vrai plaisir.

Petite maison tranquille

Petite maison , très bien située à 3mn de la plage , des commerces à proximités et tranquille .Parfait La communication avec la propriétaire et l'employée chargée de donner les clés était parfaite . Par contre, la maison est salle ..... j'ai été obligée de laver la vaisselle avant de m'en servir ...... dommage ... pas de hotte de cuisine , donc tout est gras ...... Du coup les 40€ de ménages sont plus qu'éxagérés.

Nice accomodation near the beach

Nice accomodation in a holiday village near the beach. The house is well equipped especially the kitchen. The toilet and the bathroom are a bit narrow. We enjoyed our holidays very much.

Maisonnette très bien place avec accès à la plage par un petit chemin et très bien équipée et décorée. Très agréable à séjourner Une seule remarque concernant le lit double avec pied de lit trop petit pour les grands de plus 1m80

Ravissante maison avec beau jardin

Jolie petite maison très bien équipée et bien située (plage à pied). Jardin et terrasse très appréciables. Le tout est conforme aux photos. Vélos anciens mais confortables mis à disposition, permettant de profiter des alentours. Arrivée et départ faciles. Communication fluide et réactive.

Hébergement parfait, maison très agréable !

Rien à redire, la maison était très agréable, bien équipée et conforme à l’annonce. Idéale pour une famille de 4. La grande plage est tout près, accessible par un chemin piétonnier. Un grand Intermarché est à moins de 5 mn en voiture et du fait de la situation centrale de la Gueriniere, tout est à moins de 10 km, donc parfait pour explorer tous les coins de l’île.

Séjour agréable

Petite maison. Bien pour un couplé et enfants mais pas pour 4 adultes. Literie pas confortable et salle de bain trop petite et sans prise de courant. Prévoir des poêles qui n attachent pas et un petit faitout. En priorité réparer la serrure de l entrée. Une vrai galère pour ouvrir. Sinon on a passez un bon séjour. Les remarques sont justes pour apporter de l amélioration.
