Very old and decrepit room. Doors are old and chipped, toilet is beat up, bath tub paint is pealing, air conditioning did not work well. It was a wall unit. I asked for a better room as I was given the most room in a back corner. Very dark and small. I asked for a better room, but the staff refused to give me a better room or better location. When I was in line, several people were given upgrades, etc... I was told the hotel was sold out, yet I was early to check in, so there were other rooms available, but the staff did not want to give me a decent room. Overall, terrible experience.

The hotel is clean, and the rooms are a good size. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay. The only downsides for me personally were the absence of a safe in the room and the lack of a kettle. However, complimentary tea and coffee were available 24 hours a day on the ground floor by the pool, and hot water machines were conveniently located on each floor.

The hotel itself was okay. Solid 3 stars. What I didn't like was that they had drained the pool and were repairing it, and didn't bother to email us to tell us in advance. I chose this hotel over another one that was closer to the beach but had no pool. They had obviously started work on the pool well before we got there, and could have emailed us that the pool was under repair. I would have chosen another hotel.

Low key, no frills but very comfortable and convenient. Great location to walk to the Cove, shops, restaurants. Easy parking. Good bed. No restaurant or gym on property and the pool was under renovation. Cute lobby with snacks and beverages you can purchase. Very well priced for the area. Would definitely return and recommend.

The hotel was very clean and had a great atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally kind and professional — their hospitality really stood out. I was lucky to have a room with a view of the ocean, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Swimming pool was under construction and very strong chemical smells in the hallway and in our rooms then they changed our room but unfortunately there was huge construction in front of hotel with high noisy started at 7 AM and all day.
