We loved our stay at this place in La Jolla! The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable, convenient stay. Its location is perfect being walking distance from cafes, restaurants, grocery store etc. while being in a safe, upscale neighborhood surrounded by gorgeous homes and friendly neighbors. The host was attentive, always available and quick to respond to any questions. We were 3 ladies who had this place to ourselves but we all loved it so much we plan to return with our families someday. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Amazing property!!

We came to town for a wedding. This house was rented last minute and by far exceeded our expectations. It had everything we need in a rental. The kitchen has high-end appliances, great for cooking. The craftsmanship is amazing. The home had plenty of space, beds and bathrooms for everyone. The communication from the property management was top notch. We rent homes several times a year and this has been the best one by far! We had family in and out all week and they all said the home was gorgeous and we had so much space. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed taking walks, sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean, or walking to La Jolla village for shopping and dinner. And the house is very clean! A must for any rental for us. You will not be disappointed in this house. The only thing to consider are there are a lot of stairs, going in and out of the dining are, front door, to the laundry room, down stairs to bedrooms or upstairs to bedrooms. It was not an issue for us but if you have mobility issues this might not work. But still it was a spectacular home!

Family Easter vacation

The property was lovely and great for a family. Our daughter has a new baby, and it was wonderful for all of us to be together. We walked everywhere, as the property is just a few blocks from the village of La Jolla. Just an FYI - The home is built on a hill, so it’s a bit steep to walk up to the driveway and there are quite a few steps in the house. Overall it was a great house!

La Jolla stay March 2025

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Jolla and the property. La Jolla is beautiful and this house is in a wonderful location, walking distance from many restaurants, shops and La Jolla attractions. We had some issues during the stay but they were promptly addressed by the management staff. The only negative was the condition of some of the furniture within the rental. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would recommend this property.

Beautiful home and location were spot on. The kitchen was perfect for having a chef prepare dinner one night. I’m would recommend anyone who doesn’t mind stairs to stay in this home. Furniture is in need of update in living room to accommodate 10 people. The decor and bathrooms were a plus.

Nice house in a great location

The house is very nicely designed with luxury finishes. Great location, easy walk to the beach and downtown La Jolla. Host was very responsive. The driveway is located on a steep hill, so be prepared for your car to bottom out when coming and going. The floors and walls are also very thin so be prepared to hear effing. An overall very nice experience though.

One of the Best Properties Ever

I rented the property for my myself and my business associates to stay at while in San Diego for week long meetings. This is far and away one of the best properties I’ve ever rented. Great location, plenty of room, nice finishes, good views, nice neighborhood, and great communication from property manager. Highly recommend this house for families and friends.

Beautiful, brand new home. Just beware of stairs.

Couldn't have been better, unless they allowed guest to use the elevator, as this property is 3 floors. Fortunately you enter on the 2nd floor, so most guests only use one flight, either up to bedrooms or down to bedrooms. Overall we loved this property, the design even inspired my sister's own home remodeling.

This was the second time we stayed at this property and we will be back again. The property and location is ideal. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and more. Our favorite home ever!

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The house is spacious and decorated beautifully, the kitchen has high end appliances, the views are amazing and it’s walking distance to the village (10-15 min walk). We will try to book again in the future!
