Newly renovated house (November 2019, new in HomeAway but with experience of other highly successful properties), with high quality materials and exclusive furniture, with wonderful sea views, large terrace with jacuzzi over the garden of exotic plants and avocado plantation . Perfect to enjoy the tranquility, and fantastic, to return after a day of excursion and relax in your jacuzzi with great views.
An amazing and cozy place to enjoy relaxation and fantastic sunsets!
It is a large property with two completely different and independent houses. Each one has its own private terrace with jacuzzi or swimming pool, with complete privacy and intimacy and its own entrance through different paths.
It is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing stay, quiet and quiet but only 5 minutes drive from shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Ideal for an active holiday (you can walk to the beach and Puerto de la Cruz just 30 minutes walk) or just rest from the world in a wonderful place!

This place was so good we were wondering if it was a scam, but it's all real, the place and location is great, we used the Jacuzzi every evening for a romantic and relaxing night. As a romantic getaway Marta's place was very nice, Tenerife is also mind blowing, rent a car and visit the island (with the help of Marta's tips and advices). 5 stars

We spend a week in the beautiful stone house of Marta. The house has a terrace with a view of the sea, it is incredible :-) The location of the house is fantastic, very quiet and alone amidst bananas, avocados and other plants and flowers. Marta is a very warm and attentive host who was asked several times via the WhatsApp application whether everything was OK, gave us a lot of information and advice and is obviously proud of the result of her renovation work. We can fully recommend the house, it is a stroke of luck!

A rare pearl ! Small house very well located in the heart of banana trees with a plunging view of the sea. Well equipped, nicely decorated and to top it all, there is a jacuzzi. Everything was perfect ! Marta is very friendly and attentive. To reserve eyes closed!

Our stay at Marta’s place was phenomenal! We were the first guests in the newly renovated house and enjoyed the stay so much. The house is beautiful, exactly as depicted in the pictures, well equipped with everything needed and located secluded within banana plantations giving us the perfect time out from work. The best thing was waking up in the morning with the spectacular view on the sea! Marta and her husband were great hosts, always responsive and Marta was so sweet to make little gifts for us. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely come back again :)

We were in Marta's wonderful stone house for a week. Everything is as beautiful as in the pictures, almost amazing :-) The hot tub, amazing. The location of the house is fantastic, very quiet and alone among bananas, avocados and other plants and flowers. Marta is a very warm and attentive hostess, asked several times if all was well, gave us a lot of information and advice and is visibly proud of the result of her renovation work. Perfect Home

The house is simply amazing. The views it offers are spectacular, you can watch the sea but also Mount Teide! The house has everything you need in respect of cutlery or the like; we missed: nothing It offers the perfect size for two people and the intimacy yot need in the pool.

Sehr schöne abgelegene Unterkunft

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt, Wohnung ist ab vom Schuss aber das war uns bewusst und gewollt so. Zum entspannen hat man seine Ruhe und eine traumhafte Aussicht vom jacuzzi aus. Marta war uns täglich zur Verfügung in Sachen ausflugsempfehlungen oder wenn es andere Themen gab. Im groß und Ganzen 2 sehr schöne Wochen.

Erholung pur

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und erholsam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Casa Lava. Von Marta wurden wir super betreut. Was auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist, ist das das Dach als Terrasse genutzt werden kann. Von hier aus hat man einen super Rundumblick. Einziges Mango, die Steasse zur Casa Lava ist sehr schmal. Daran mussten wir uns zuerst gewöhnen.

An amazing place to be

It was a fantastic vacation in a beautiful house. The entire environment, the house and the landlords are great, nothing was missing and Marta was always available with advice and support. Es war sehr schön und wir werden wieder kommen!

Liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft! Perfekt zum Entspannen, da abseits vom Trubel und sehr ruhige Lage. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist traumhaft und wir hatten zum ersten Mal einen Whirlpool. Jetzt überlegen wir uns auch selbst einen anzuschaffen 😉👍 In der Nähe gibt es sehr gute Restaurants und Marta stand uns mit ihren sehr guten Tipps immer zur Seite - Herzlichen Dank auch dafür. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Le deseo lo mejor y ¡hasta pronto!

Einer der schönsten Urlaube überhaupt !!!!!

Wir haben drei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Marta hat das Haus mit viel Herzblut und Liebe in ein kleines Schmuckstück und eine Oase der Ruhe verwandelt. Überall sind nette Einrichtungsdetails plaziert. Der Ausblick ist einfach bemerkenswert. Von der Hauptterasse aus blickt man auf das Meer, von der linken Terasse aus sieht man im Hintergrund den Teide. Der Titel "Superhost" ist bei Marta Programm, bei allen Problemen ist Sie sofort hilfreich zur Stelle. Wir überlegen, nächstes Jahr wieder zukommen.

Paradiesischer Urlaub

Wir haben einen fantastischen Urlaub im Haus Casa Lava verbracht. Es sieht alles genauso schön aus wie auf den Fotos. Traumhafte Lage, inmitten von einer Avocado.-und Bananenplantage, dass einzige was zu beachten ist, so bald es dunkel wird hatten wir vermehrtes Mücken aufkommen u. mussten leider ins Haus flüchten aber das soll kein Kritikpunkt sein, das Haus liegt nun mal inmitten vieler Bäume und Pflanzen, keine Ahnung ob das Saison bedingt ist. Den Whirlpool haben wir fast jeden Abend benutzt, paradiesisch schön. Für Ruhe suchende perfekt. Wir können das nahe gelegene Restaurant San Diego Grill empfehlen, sehr gute Speisen und das Personal ist Spitze, ich empfehle immer zu reservieren. So nun zu der Gastgeberin Marta, wir sind total begeistert, sie gab uns von Anfang an viele gute Tips, bei Problemen handelte sie schnell, wir durften auch andere Häuser im Umfeld besichtigen, was wir sehr informativ fanden, genau so hat man einen perfekten Urlaub. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, der Norden von Teneriffa ist perfekt, viel Natur, schöne Strände und keine Bettenburgen wie im Süden.

Exceptional apartment with outstanding comfort

We had an amazing stay at this apartment during our parental leave. The location is a little remote which, however, allows for the comfort of restful quietness. The kitchen/apartment provides everything you need and some little extras here and there, so you don’t need start and buy basics. Two things that particularly stood out and made the experience exceptional in a strictly positive way. 1) the jacuzzi and its view during sunset is even better than it sounds. 2) Marta is an awesome host - very attentative and wholeheartedly with great recommendations. Thank you very much.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Meerblick inmitten der Natur

Wir (Paar - 28 Jahre alt) waren total begeistert. Es war wirklich alles in einem Top Zustand, der Blick, das Haus, alles wie auf den Bildern. Am besten hat uns der private Whirlpool gefallen und die Tatsache, dass man absolute Privatsphäre hat. Es ist unmöglich das jemand einem beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse, oder beim Baden im Whirlpool zuschaut. Das Anwesen ist inmitten der Natur. Das Einzige was man hört sind Vögel, flitzende Eidechsen und bei starkem Wind auch das Meeresrauschen. Auch sehr besonders, war der nette Empfang von der Gastgeberin Marta. Sie hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt und war überaus zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man hat dort alles was man braucht. Wir haben auch öfters dort gekocht.

Lovely house & Jacuzzi for a perfect stay in Teneriffe <3

House and Jacuzzi look exactly like on the pictures. Me and my partner were so lucky to stay there. It´s very private, the view is lovely and the house itself has everything you need for a short an even longer stay on the island. The beach is a short drive or 20 Mins walk away, but with that Jacuzzi you don´t want to leave the house ;) Marta as a host was very welcoming and always available for help or questions. We come again for sure!

Ein echtes Traumhaus 😃

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Alles sehr neu, modern und sauber. Die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und dem Jacuzzi ist ein Traum. Marta war sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
