Good hotel in the centre of the city

Pros: The beds were comfortable, the room clean, staff pleasant and helpful.
Cons: The hairdryer didn't work, another double plug socket would have been useful as when the heater was plugged in there wasn't a spare for our devices.
Location: Good location with lots of interesting things nearby.
The staff were always attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean, pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the pre 6.30am option useful, however fresh milk in a thermos would have been nice for tea, coffee and cereal..... the provision of the latter without milk seemed an oversight. The restaurant food was reasonably priced and nicely presented, however some dishes did not live up to their menu descriptions, were overly sweet and the taste balance a bit out.
