NEW LISTING!!! Welcome to Highland Haven, where the stunning highland mountains meet cozy cottage life! This cute space is the perfect Cape Breton Island getaway! With close access to hiking, beaches, snowmobile + mountain biking trails, this is a traveller's dream! This home sits on a quarter acre property surrounded by the world renowned Cape Breton Highlands w/the sound of a babbling brook running through. The vibe? Boho-beach cozy decor. We are less than a 5 minute drive to the entrance of the Cape Breton Highlands National Park, the Gypsum Mine Trail, Aucoin's (famous) Bakery, downtown Cheticamp, Le Portage golf course, live music, and whale watching tours. Enjoy the stunning Atlantic beaches with jaw-dropping sunsets (we will share the private beach trail access from our close by Sunset Lane VRBO property). We are located off of the Cabot Trail for your convenience. To note - it is a (steep-ish) stairway access to the spacious loft bedroom with 2 queen beds and a cozy fireplace. We are DOG FRIENDLY, because we love our furry friends! Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash your dishes before you leave.
If you use the BBQ please clean the grill and empty the drip tray. An extra cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if the BBQ is left dirty.
Place your trash in the bin out front.
