Multiple Lounging and Entertainment Areas. It’s not a PARTY HOUSE. City has strict ordinance about loud music/ voices/amplified speakers and have fines for violation are $1000+ issued to guests. Please inform us in ADVANCE if you plan on HEATING the POOL and are bringing a pet. Additional FEES will apply. $75 per dog for up to max. 2 dogs. Guests are financially responsible for any heating costs for the pool. First day is $110 after that $60 per day (November-April), $75 startup fee plus a daily fee of $35 (May-October), you won’t need heating during those months:)Pool startup heating up to a reasonable temperature of 82-84 degrees takes about 12 to 18hours in winter and 8-12 hours in warmer months. Pool use: No diving, jumping, rough play or running around pool allowed.

By accepting this rental through VRBO, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool for you and your guests. You are also releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool involves certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.
