The Space:
Experience La Quinta architecture and design at its finest. This Santa Rosa Hacienda is thoughtfully decorated with beautiful furnishings that compliment its Spanish Charm. This enchanting home consists of vaulted ceilings with mission-style architecture and finishes throughout. The home is ideally situated on a PGA Golf Course with unobstructed golf course and breathtaking mountain views. There is a large shaded patio with a BBQ and patio furniture for you to enjoy a nice relaxing meal or your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful scenery. The living room overlooks the luscious golf course and contains a cozy fireplace as well as a large Smart TV.
There are two large master suites within the home plus a private casita, all with en suite bathrooms. One suite has a California King and one suite consists of 2 Queen beds. The detached Casita with a separate entrance has a Queen size bed and opens to the enclosed courtyard.
Guests are welcome to use the spacious two car garage.
Full access to Santa Rosa Community amenities including 10 pools and 3 tennis courts with 24/7 front gate security. Walking distance to shops and restaurants at La Quinta Resort as well as the Mountain Dunes Clubhouse!
