We recently stayed at this property in La Quinta as part of a group trip where we rented two homes in the same area. Overall, the house itself was fine, but the communication and responsiveness fell short….especially compared to the other property we rented.We experienced issues with the internet and TV not working, which is a pretty important amenity for most travelers. Unfortunately, it took about a day and a half to get the problem resolved. During that time, communication with the host was inconsistent and slow. It wasn’t until we escalated the issue through Vrbo’s national customer service that we finally received prompt attention and resolution.To be fair, things were eventually fixed, but the delay and lack of proactive communication made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be.What really stands out is the comparison to the second home we rented on this same trip. Communication there was immediate, clear, and helpful…..a night and day difference. That contrast made it evident that this property could improve significantly in how it supports guests.I’m not trying to be overly critical, but based on our experience, this property fell short in terms of communication and overall value relative to similar options in the area.
