This ground floor lock-off studio is complete with upgraded flooring as well as tasteful decor and furniture throughout. The home is equipped with a kitchenette, fully stocked with with dishes/flatware, mini fridge, microwave and both a keurig and standard drip coffee maker. The bedroom has a brand new luxury king size mattress and the bathroom is outfitted with a walk in shower as well as a large soaking tub. This villa is centrally located, steps to a pool and a short walk to the main pool area. NO PETS.
