The house was lovely, and we enjoyed the pool and pool table. However, the check-in process was difficult, because there was a different group handling management and rental issues. I was told that in person would be necessary, and then video, and then just a call, which created unnecessary confusion. I brought food to bake, but the oven didn't work. I called the first morning about the oven. I was on hold for a long time before someone told me that he would get back to me about fixing the oven. No one ever called back. And there were 3 overhead fans that were running at normal speed. In the middle of the night, the light fixture on one of the fans fell. Fortunately, no one was near it. Unfortunately, it woke everyone and there was broken glass everywhere. I reported that when I called about the oven. Also, the cooling was very inconsistent. Some rooms were unusable because they were so hot, while others were chilled.
